The three things that eat every host's week

Seventeen messages before I'd even had coffee — most of it stuff that's already in the listing. Guest messaging overload
Without a cleaner I can actually count on, I don't think we'd still be doing this. Cleaner/turnover reliability
Rates sit still for weeks while the local market moves under them. Pricing drift

15-minute kickoff

A short async or call handoff: your voice/tone, existing tools (Hospitable, PriceLabs, Turno, or none), and cleaner contacts.

Guest messages answered, turnovers coordinated, pricing tracked — starting within 24 hours of payment.

Sprint Report

A written summary of what was handled, the pricing recommendations, and — if it's a fit — a retainer proposal.

Start small. Stay only if it's obviously worth it.

Questions

Before you book

Will my guests know it's not me answering?

Messages go out under your name/voice. Nothing is disclosed as third-party unless you want it to be — this matches how most co-hosting arrangements already work.

I already use Hospitable / PriceLabs / Turno — does this still help?

Yes. Most of the work is the judgment calls those tools don't make on their own — an odd guest request, a cleaner who's gone quiet, a rate that needs a human look. If you use one of these already, kickoff covers getting the right access set up rather than starting from nothing.

What access do you need?

Guest messaging inbox access (Airbnb/VRBO co-host invite is enough — no password sharing needed), your cleaner's contact details, and read access to your current pricing tool if you have one. Covered at kickoff.

Is there a contract?

Not for the Sprint — it's a single $175 payment, one week, no auto-renewal. The retainer afterward is a simple month-to-month agreement, cancel anytime with 7 days' notice.

How do I pay?

Crypto (address below) settles instantly. Prefer card or bank transfer? Use the Melio checkout link below and enter the invoice reference you're given after booking, in the memo field, so it matches up automatically.
